Capacity, quality and productivity. We appoint the technical and operational people who turn investment into output.
What we deliver
We recruit the engineering and operational spine of a manufacturing business. Engineering leadership and design, production and operations management, maintenance and reliability, automation and controls, quality, and continuous improvement.
Our work concentrates in advanced manufacturing and industrial automation, defence and aerospace, energy and clean technology, and the industrial technology businesses that supply them.
We recruit mid to senior appointments where technical judgement carries commercial consequence, from lead engineers and functional managers through to engineering and operations directors. That is the level where a wrong hire is expensive and a right one is visible within two quarters.

How we reduce hiring risk
Technical hiring fails in a predictable way. The person is capable, the credentials are real, and the environment is wrong. High volume does not transfer to low volume and high complexity. A mature plant does not prepare somebody for a start up line. A team of forty is not a team of four.
We test three things.
Technical capability. Evidence of the specific processes, standards, systems and equipment involved, checked properly rather than assumed from a job title.
Environment. Volume, complexity, regulatory regime, plant maturity and team size, compared honestly against yours.
Execution. Programmes actually delivered. Line moved, downtime reduced, yield improved, accreditation achieved, project commissioned, with the person's own contribution separated from the team's.
You receive that written down, alongside a realistic view of what the market will pay and how long it will take.
