Our client develops cutting-edge software for hotels, which provide an exceptional service to their guests via in-room tablets. They have a client base that includes some of the most prestigious hotels across the world. The role requires you to play an essential role in creating and maintaining a fantastic guest experience for hotel clients and will work closely in multiple teams to ensure customer success. You will be responsible for a diverse set of activities within the spectrum of customer happiness and project management, ranging from gathering customer requirements to formatting eye-pleasing pages and contents structures on a Content Management System.

In order to be successful, you must possess:

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in both English & Vietnamese/Thai
  • Tech-savviness and hunger to develop customer happiness and project support skills
  • Empathy towards problem solving who can identify customer needs and implement solutions
  • Ability to adhere to and enforce project timelines and scheduled deadlines
  • Detail-orientated with exceptional organisation, task and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible and proactive with a team mentality
  • Excellent work ethic and a willingness to take the initiative and ownership to see things through to completion
