• Customer Services Managers
Customer services managers are responsible for leading and managing customer service teams. They ensure excellent customer satisfaction by developing and implementing service strategies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, training staff, and continuously improving service delivery.
Administrators play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations within an organisation. They handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including organising files, managing databases, coordinating meetings, processing paperwork, and supporting staff members.
• Office Managers
