Are you an experienced professional working within customer service/office support with a view of entering the legal sector in an established Conveyancing firm? Alternatively, are you a legal assistant aiming to join an organisation that will prioritise your development in the industry and passionate about Conveyancing? If so, our client is excited to hear about you.

The role requires an articulate, reliable, adaptable and hardworking candidate that will thrust themselves into a fast-paced environment. A case handler must aid the documentation of files, assist with the filing process, and represent the firm to external clients.

In order to be considered, you must possess:

  • Relevant experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable work ethic and consistency
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Strong organisation, planning, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • GCSE, or equivalent in Maths and English with a minimum grade C.
  • A levels, or equivalent, in Maths and English with a minimum grade C.

The Company has a Learning & Development Department providing a wide range of in-house learning opportunities, including one-to-one job skills. External training is supported by the Company by prior agreement and where appropriate.
